Pupil personal accident insurance

All pupils in our school are covered under the Allianz Pupil Personal Accident Insurance scheme, providing 24-hour cover, 365 days a year.

Making a claim

    Download and complete the claim form.

    Send it to the school for signing. Post the completed form to the school or email a scanned copy to office@clonlarans.ie.

    Submit your claim following the instructions on the form once it has been signed by the school.
